2004 American Cured Meat National Grand Champion Country Ham and 2004 Kentucky State Fair Country Ham. Broadbent Uncooked Country Hams have been awarded Grand Champion at both the Kentucky State Fair and the American Cured Meat Championships. These hams are cured the old-fashioned way. Each ham is hand rubbed with our special cure. We still age almost longer than anyone else, six to nine months. Cooking booklet enclosed.
