The Lemon and Honey Caramel is a delicious soft and creamy creation where honey, lemon zest and lemongrass live in perfect harmony. We use freshly ground Meyer lemon zest, Thai lemongrass and just a touch of Indonesian Green Peppercorns to create this unique lemon flavor that is truly like no other.
Fresh locally produced cream, acacia honey and delicious natural butter provide a vibrant background and our signature soft texture adds to the experience. A finishing touch of just a few granules of the Fleur de Sel make the flavors sing with joy!
Our Caramels are made 100% natural ingredients – no preservatives or added flavors. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. Each 4 ounce box contains 14 to 15 pieces. |
