The Dark Chocolate – Toasted Walnut Caramel does not stop with chocolate and walnut. We added a hint of Ancho Chile powder to give the caramel a slight smoky flavor which enhances the roasted walnut flavor.
When we add Ancho Chile to the recipe, it deepens the rich brown color from the dark chocolate and adds shine. To top it all the Fleur de Sel works a subtle magic on caramel, deepening and brightening all the flavors.
Our Caramels are made 100% natural ingredients – no preservatives or added flavors. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. Each 4 oz box contains 14 to 15 pieces. |
