Select Tools >> Internet Options
On the Internet Options dialog:
Select Security tab
Select Internet zone
Select Custom Level
Your current security setting (Low, Medium, High, etc.) may differ from this example.

On the Security Settings dialog:
Scroll down to Cookies
On sub-item Allow per-session cookies
Select Enable

On the Security Settings dialog:
Scroll down to Scripting (near bottom)
Under Active Scripting, select Enable
Do not make any other changes.
Select OK
On the Internet Options dialog:
Select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security section.
Check both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0
Do not change any other settings.
Select OK.
